Forest Awakening is provided by Martijn van Halen as a hobby project. By using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

Forest Awakening is an experimental workspace for exploring UAP records, signals, theories, AI-assisted analysis, and community features. It is provided as-is and may change, pause, or stop without notice.

You are responsible for how you use the app and for checking important information against original sources before relying on it.

You may need an account for some features. Keep your login information secure and do not use another person's account without permission. Forest Awakening may restrict or remove access if an account is used in a harmful, abusive, or unlawful way.

If Forest Awakening offers paid features, checkout, customer billing, subscription changes, and related payment flows may be handled through Stripe. Continued access to paid features can depend on an active subscription and successful payment processing.

Forest Awakening does not promise uninterrupted availability of paid features, and billing functionality may change as the project evolves.

Do not use Forest Awakening to harass others, publish unlawful content, attack the service, scrape aggressively, bypass access controls, upload malicious code, impersonate people, or interfere with other users.

Do not submit content you do not have the right to use. If you submit content, you allow Forest Awakening to store, display, process, and use it as needed to operate the app features you use.

AI-generated output, summaries, classifications, and analysis can be incomplete or wrong. Forest Awakening is not a source of professional, legal, medical, security, financial, or official government advice.

Public records, community reports, linked files, and third-party source material may contain errors, omissions, outdated claims, or disputed interpretations. Always review original sources when accuracy matters.

The app may link to or rely on third-party services and infrastructure, including Microsoft Azure for hosting, Google Analytics for usage measurement, Stripe for payments, authentication providers, AI providers, storage, datasets, and external websites. Forest Awakening is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or availability.

Forest Awakening is provided as-is, without warranties of accuracy, availability, security, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. Because this is a hobby project, support and maintenance are not guaranteed.

These terms may be updated as the project changes. Continued use of Forest Awakening after updates means you accept the updated terms.
